Pricing questions
Is it really £29.99 whatever size we are?
Yes. One shop or five, fifty customers or five thousand, the price is £29.99 a month. We do not charge per customer, per location, per message or per stamp, because none of those are things you should have to think about.
What happens on day 30?
If there is a card on file, we charge £29.99 and nothing changes. If there is not, your dashboard locks: your data stays exactly where it is, but stamping stops until you add one. We email you three days before either way.
Do you take a card at signup?
Yes, but nothing is charged until day 30. Taking the card up front is the difference between a trial that quietly stops working and one that carries on, and you can remove it or cancel at any point before then.
How do I cancel?
One button in the billing page. No phone call, no retention offer, no email chain. Your customers and their stamps are kept, so if you come back later everything is where you left it.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No, and no. It is a monthly subscription you can stop whenever you like.
What about VAT?
£29.99 is the price you pay. Your invoice shows the VAT breakdown, and you can download every invoice from the billing page.
