A digital loyalty card app your customers never download

Regulars is a loyalty card app that lives on a QR code, not the App Store. Customers scan, get a stamp card in the browser they already have open, and come back. No download, no account, no wallet pass. One flat price, unlimited customers.

Nothing charged until day 30. Cancel any time from one button.

Why “download our app” loses you customers

Every tap between the counter and the card costs you a sign-up.

A loyalty card app that sends the customer to the App Store, asks them to make an account and remember a password loses most people while they are still in the queue. They will not do all that for a coffee. So the stamp card that was meant to bring them back never even gets its first stamp, and the scheme you paid for does nothing.

The Regulars card opens on the phone they are already holding. Camera at your QR, a name and a number, and the card is on their screen before the drink is made. Nothing to install, nothing to update, and nothing to delete when their phone runs out of storage. That difference is the whole reason people actually join.

How the digital loyalty card works

Three steps, and you are only in the first one.

  1. 01

    Scan the QR

The customer points their camera at the card on your counter, adds a name and a mobile number, and their stamp card opens in the browser. No app, no account.

  2. 02

    Collect a stamp

Staff scan the card, or read out a short code the customer types into their own. Every stamp records who gave it, where, and when.

  3. 03

    Earn the reward

A full card turns into a reward state your staff can spot across a counter. One tap marks it used, and the next card starts.

Everything a loyalty card app should do

And nothing that gets in the way of a busy counter.

No app for anyone

Customers use a card in their browser. Staff use one shared phone and a PIN. Nothing to install on either side.

Five automations that run themselves

An almost-there nudge, a reminder when a full card goes unclaimed, a win-back when a regular goes quiet, a birthday treat, and a one-tap review request. All on from day one.

One screen of insight

Your busiest days and hours, your repeat rate, and the regulars worth knowing by name. No spreadsheets, no report to run.

Works on any till

No POS integration, no reader, no contract with your card machine. A QR on the counter and a phone behind it is the whole thing.

Your brand, not ours

Your colour and logo on the customer card. Regulars never appears on their screen: the loyalty is to your shop.

Keeps working offline

When the wifi dies on your busiest Saturday, the staff phone stores each stamp and syncs it later, timed to when it actually happened.

Regulars vs a typical loyalty card app

The two differences customers and owners feel first: no app to download, and a price that doesn't punish you for getting busy.

Loyalty card app questions

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. That is the whole point. Your customer points their phone camera at the QR code on your counter, types a name and a mobile number, and their stamp card opens in the browser they already have open. There is nothing to install from the App Store or Play Store, no account to create, and no password to forget. It works the same on an iPhone or an Android, old or new.

How much does a loyalty card app cost?

Regulars is £59.99 a month, flat. That includes unlimited customers, unlimited staff and unlimited shops, every automation, and the insights dashboard. There is no per-customer fee that grows as you get busier, and no cheaper tier that leaves out the parts that actually bring people back. Most loyalty apps charge per location and then per active user, so the bill climbs exactly as your scheme starts working.

Is it an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass?

No, and on purpose. A wallet pass still asks the customer to add something to their phone, and it looks and behaves differently on iPhone and Android. The Regulars card is an ordinary web page saved to the phone, so it opens instantly for everyone, updates the second a stamp lands, and can be re-opened just by scanning your QR again. Customers can add it to their home screen if they want, but they never have to.

Does it work for coffee shops, cafes and other food businesses?

Yes. Coffee shops, cafes, ice cream shops, dessert bars and juice bars are exactly what it is built for: a quick stamp at a busy counter, a reward that brings the visit forward, and offers that fill a quiet Tuesday. It also works for nail techs, lash and brow studios, hair salons and barbers, where a full card is a booking rather than a queue.

What do my staff need to do?

Sign into a shared phone once at the start of a shift with a four-digit PIN, then scan the customer's card, or read out a short code they type into their own card. That is the entire job. No training, and no new till system: the staff phone is separate from your POS.

Do I need new hardware or a new till?

No. There is no reader to buy and no integration with your POS. A printed QR card on the counter and one phone behind it is the whole setup. If the wifi drops mid-service, the staff phone keeps taking stamps and syncs them the moment the connection comes back.

Can I put my own branding on the card?

Yes, and we never put ours on it. Your colour, your logo, even a cover photo, so the card on the customer's phone looks like your shop rather than like software. The customer's relationship is with you: our name goes on your invoice, not on their screen.
