We build one thing, for one kind of shop
Regulars is a loyalty card for independent food and drink businesses. Ice cream shops, cafés, dessert bars, juice bars. Places with a counter, a queue and a handful of staff.
Why this exists
Loyalty software has drifted a long way from what a shop actually needs. Open most products and you will find tiers, points with configurable earn rates, a social feed, photo uploads, challenges, badges and a referral engine. All of it costs the owner attention, and almost none of it changes how many people walk back in.
Meanwhile the thing that decides whether a loyalty scheme works at all, which is how many customers join in the first place, gets solved with an app store download at a counter with a queue behind it.
So we built the small version. A card that opens in a browser. A staff device that works when the wifi does not. Five emails that bring people back. One screen of numbers you would actually act on. And a policy of saying no to everything else.
What we refuse to build
We keep a list, and we mean it. No leaderboards. No social feed. No points with a conversion rate. No tiers. No gamification. No native app. Every one of those has been asked for, and the reasoning for each is on the features page so you can disagree with it in public.
How we make money
£29.99 a month from shops that find it useful. That is the entire business model. We do not sell your customer data, we do not take a cut of transactions, and we do not have a free tier funded by upselling you later.
The flat price matters more than it sounds. Per-customer pricing means the better your loyalty scheme works, the more you pay, which is a strange thing to build into a product meant to help you grow a list.
Where we stand on a few things
Review gating. We will not build it. Asking “how did we do?” and only forwarding the happy answers to Google breaks their policies and makes your public rating dishonest. Everyone gets the same one-tap link, and the private feedback box sits beside it, not in front of it.
Consent. When staff create a card for somebody, that card starts with messaging switched off. A member of staff ticking a box on a customer’s behalf is not consent, whatever the law would let us get away with.
Your data. Export everything as CSV whenever you like. Customers can delete themselves from their own card, and it removes their stamps, their messages and their details immediately. No soft delete, no shadow copy.
