Paper cards get lost. Apps never get downloaded.
Every shop has tried both. The card lives in a coat pocket until March; the app asks for a download at the counter, and the queue behind decides it isn't worth it.
Three things happen at the counter
That's the whole operation. Everything else runs itself.
Five emails that bring people back
Switched on from the first day of your trial, so you see them working before you see a bill.
Almost there
Fires the moment someone is one stamp from a reward. The highest-converting message in the whole product.
“One more till your free cone.”

“One more till your free cone.”
Reward ready
For someone who filled a card but hasn't been back to claim it. A nudge a few days later that it's waiting.
“Your free coffee is waiting.”
Win-back
Emails a regular once they're overdue by their own rhythm, not a fixed date, and stops the moment they come back.
“We miss you. Free topping on us this week.”
Birthday
A week before their birthday, a treat with a code that's good until a week after. Nobody says no to a free scoop.
“A free scoop for your birthday week.”
Review request
After a first visit, asks for a Google review in one tap. Everyone gets asked, never just the happy ones.
“How did we do?”
Cold, wet Tuesday? Fill it.
Regulars watches your local forecast. When the weather's about to keep people home, it drafts you a one-tap offer that suits the day, whatever you sell.
Nothing sends itself. You read it, change it if you want, and press the button. On a bright, busy day you’ll never hear from us.
“It’s grim out there, so hot chocolate is 2-for-1 until we shut. Come and warm up.”

Busiest days and hours, new against returning, your repeat rate, who your regulars are, and stamps per staff member so an odd pattern is visible without anyone being accused of anything.
Made for shops people come back to
Small, independent food and drink counters where regulars matter and a friendly face beats a points balance. If that sounds like your place, Regulars fits.
Questions people actually ask
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Their card is a web link. They scan a QR on your counter, put in a name and number, and the card opens. They can add it to their home screen if they want an icon, but nothing is installed and there's no account to create.
Does it need to connect to my till?
No. Regulars sits alongside whatever till you have. Staff scan a customer's card or read out a short code. Nothing is wired into your EPOS, so there's nothing to break on your point of sale.
What happens if the wifi goes down?
The staff device keeps working. Stamps are saved on the phone and sync the moment the connection returns, timed to when they actually happened. Your customers never notice.
How much is it?
£29.99 a month, flat, with unlimited customers and unlimited staff. There is a 30-day free trial with everything switched on, and nothing is charged until day 30.
Can staff give stamps to their mates?
Every stamp records who gave it, at which shop, and when. Your dashboard shows stamps per staff member, so an odd pattern is visible without you standing over anyone. Codes are single-use and expire in three minutes.
