FAQ
Questions people actually ask
The things owners want to know before they start, grouped so you can skip to the part you care about. Still stuck? Ask us directly.
Getting started
How long does it take to set up?
About five minutes. Choose how many stamps and what the reward is, print the QR for your counter, and add a PIN for each staff member. That's the whole setup.
Do I need any special hardware?
No. Your customers use their own phones. Staff use one shared phone or tablet at the counter, which can be any device with a modern browser, even an old one.
Can I keep my paper stamp cards while I switch?
Yes, and you should. Keep honouring paper cards until they run out, so nobody loses the progress they'd built up. There's no rush to cut over.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Their card is a web link. They scan a QR on your counter, put in a name and number, and the card opens. They can add it to their home screen if they want an icon, but nothing is installed and there's no account to create.
At the counter
Does it need to connect to my till?
No. Regulars sits alongside whatever till you have. Staff scan a customer's card or read out a short code. Nothing is wired into your EPOS, so there's nothing to break on your point of sale.
What happens if the wifi goes down?
The staff device keeps working. Stamps are saved on the phone and sync the moment the connection returns, timed to when they actually happened. Your customers never notice.
How do customers without a smartphone join?
Staff can add them from the counter with just a name and mobile number. From then on staff look them up by the last four digits of their number and stamp them like anyone else. Nobody gets left out.
How does a customer redeem a reward?
When a card is full it turns into a clear, full-screen reward state that staff can recognise across the counter. Staff mark it as used from the same device they stamp with.
Your customers and messaging
Will you spam my customers?
No. Only people who opted in get messages. There are five automations (a nudge near a reward, a reminder when a reward's filled but unclaimed, a win-back, a birthday treat, a review request) plus the occasional broadcast you choose to send. Everyone can unsubscribe in one tap.
Is the card branded to my shop?
Yes. Your logo, your colour, your shop name. Regulars never appears on the card your customers see. As far as they're concerned, it's your loyalty scheme.
Can staff give stamps to their mates?
Every stamp records who gave it, at which shop, and when. Your dashboard shows stamps per staff member, so an odd pattern is visible without you standing over anyone. Codes are single-use and expire in three minutes.
Pricing and billing
How much is it?
£29.99 a month, flat, with unlimited customers and unlimited staff. There is a 30-day free trial with everything switched on, and nothing is charged until day 30.
Is there really no per-customer fee?
None. One shop or five, fifty customers or five thousand, it's £29.99 a month. We don't charge per customer, per location, per message or per stamp.
What happens on day 30?
If there's a card on file, we charge £29.99 and nothing changes. If there isn't, your dashboard locks: your data stays exactly where it is, but stamping pauses until you add one. We email you three days before either way.
How do I cancel?
One button in the billing page. No phone call, no retention offer. Your customers and their stamps are kept, so if you come back later everything is where you left it.
Data and privacy
Who owns the customer data?
You do. Your customers' details belong to your shop, not to us. We only hold them to make the loyalty card work, and we never sell anything to anyone.
Can a customer delete their data?
Yes, from their own card, in one tap. It removes their details, stamps and message history immediately. You can also export everything as a CSV whenever you like.
