Cookies

The short version

Nothing but essential cookies is set until you accept the banner. If you said no, or never answered, no analytics script is loaded at all: not blocked, not anonymised, simply never added to the page.

Essential

These are needed for the service to function and cannot be switched off.

• regulars_session, which keeps a shop owner signed in to the dashboard. 30 days, httpOnly.
• regulars_staff, which keeps the shared staff device signed in for a shift. 12 hours, httpOnly.
• rg-consent, stored in your browser, remembers this decision so we stop asking. Not sent to a server.

Analytics, only with consent

If you accept, we load one analytics script to count page views and a small number of events: a trial signup starting and completing, a customer joining a card, and a reward being redeemed. We use it to work out which pages are worth keeping.

We support a cookieless analytics option, and where it is configured no cookies are set at all even after consent.

The customer loyalty card

The card your customers see sets no analytics or marketing cookies at any point. It is not indexed by search engines and it is not tracked.
